Additionally, the app enables residents to control visitor access and manage deliveries, all from their iPhone or iPad.

To enhance functionality, particularly the beacons feature that promotes specific interactions within the community, location services must be enabled. This ensures improved scanning performance and connectivity between residents and the app.
